PHREE-Way welcomes a new member to the Advisory Group roster. Professor Thea Hilhorst of Wageningen University has accepted an invitation to join the Advisory Group to help guide PHREE-Way. Dr. Hilhorst is Professor of Humanitarian Aid and Reconstruction where she focuses on the sociology of humanitarian aid and other interventions in regions undergoing crisis and reconstruction including the realities of conflict and disasters and the policies and practices of actors and agencies involved in relief and rehabilitation interventions. Wageningen University, in Wageningen, The Netherlands, concentrates its research and education efforts in life sciences and natural resources.
