"This CBDRR on-line course is created and maintained by ADPC under the
Partnerships for Disaster Reduction Southeast Asia (PDRSEA) project on
behalf of DIPECHO-UNESCAP-ADPC. PDRSEA is a multi-phased project being
implemented in Southeast Asian countries since 2001. In its fourth phase,
PDRSEA aims to enhance the institutionalization of CBDRM into
socio-economic
